Typically, I give you a quote based on initial email. You may
refer to sample pricing sheet to get an idea of cost.
SKETCH
If after receiving the quote, you decide to go ahead with the
painting, I do a sketch. Every mural I do is designed on paper first. I
want to make sure I capture your vision and inspire your decision in moving
forward. I have a limit of up to 3 sketches
(2 sets of changes). Therefore, it is important that you are specific about what you want. The
sketching process usually takes up to a week.
ONCE THE
SKETCH PROCESS IS COMPLETE
After I get the sketch drawn out, and you are ready to move
forward, I require 30% of the total amount 1
week prior to the scheduled start date. This allows me time to purchase the
necessary materials prior to the painting.
The remaining BALANCE is due on the last day of the
painting.
WORK TIME and COMPLETION
You are welcome to watch the process unfold and chat with
me as much as you like. At the end of each day, I like to get your feedback on
the progress to make sure I’m on the right track. My availability depends
mainly on school calendar/hours seeing as I’m a full time teacher. I’m most flexible during summer time, but
don’t mind coming over on nights and weekends throughout the school year.
My focus is on getting things right, and I work until we
are both satisfied with the results. On the last day, I make the final tweaks
and the remaining balance is due.
